Usage and Reposting

1.My art is made for the personal use of my commissioners. Commercial use may be discussed between myself and the client, but is not allowed without my explicit written permission.

2.Do not edit my artwork to include hate speech, bigotry, hateful ideals or to make it NSFW

3. Clients may repost any work I have made for them on any platform they wish, as long as proper credit is given( my username is mentioned or a direct link is given of my socials) and they do not claim it as their own.

4.You may add the value of my art to your characters regardless of whether you paid for it or received it as a gift / trade.

Commission Process and Turnaround

♦ My commissions do not have a set turnaround time. Usually, however, you will not have to wait longer than a month. I am busy with school most of the time and i also have a baby sibling i take care of, if delays happen i will communicate with my commissioner

♦ If you need something by a specific date, I am down to discuss possible rush fees.

♦ Usually I do not send WIPs unless the commissioner wants to be kept up to date with the status of the art

♦ After the commission is done I will NOT do large changes, such as: change the color palette of the character, alter my art style to your liking, change certain traits of the character that arent mentioned in the reference sheet,etc.

Payment and Refunds Terms of Service

1. Payment can be given before or after a sketch. If chosen to be given after sketch, i will not continue working on the drawing until after I have received payment

2. Payment will only be taken through Paypal, I prefer the "Friends and family" option so I dont have to worry about the fee when receiving payment, however either "Goods or services" and "Friends and family" work

3. All commissioners are eligible to refunds up until the point that the linework is completed. Once the linework is completed the commissioner is no longer eligible for a refund. Partial-refund is given if a sketch is shown. They may still discuss the possibility and request one regardless of this, however if there is no great reasoning behind this I may reject your request or only provide a partial refund

FINAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
